We believe real time reporting is a fundamental requirement when it comes to servicing our client’s needs. Because of this, it is important to ensure we are aware of real time site activity.

All site audits and communications are run through our system and uploaded into the database to allow both cleaning operatives, clients and MECC support staff to review and monitor the quality and safety experienced on site in real time.

We use an externally audited Integrated Management System (IMS) across the organization to effectively manage staff, collaborate on tasks and communicate with our customers, resulting in a highly efficient service.

Our management team enter their data directly into the electronic audit form which is automatically uploaded into our online system which are then accessible by client appointed representatives as required.

Our clients have real time access to our audit reports via our KPI dashboard, enabling transparent reporting of our service performance at all sites. This enables us to respond quickly to any issues and improve our service delivery.
